It needs macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, on an Apple Silicon Mac. It was made for the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air notch, but it runs on Macs without one and on external displays — there the panel sits at the top of the screen.

No. Calendar, tasks, notes, clipboard and notifications stay on your Mac. The only traffic talks directly to the services you connected yourself, with the token you provided, and checks for updates.
A disabled module does not run: it leaves the bar and stops its background work with it. With the panel closed and the screen asleep, the monitors that only feed the interface stop too.

No, and it will not be. To read what is playing, mirror notifications and control system audio, Nothiza uses APIs the App Store does not allow. It is sold directly, signed and notarized by Apple.
